TCC Group enters into Time Charter contracts with BP for two Aframax Crude Oil Carriers

TCC Group is pleased to announce that it reached an agreement with BP to enter into two medium term time charter contracts for two Aframax Crude Oil Carrier newbuildings.

The two Aframax Crude Oil Carrier newbuildings bearing Hull Nos. 395 and 396 will be constructed by Namura Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

The intended names of both Namura Hull No. 395 and Hull No. 396 are to be “KWK Excelsus” and "CSK Vanguard" respectively. Delivery of both vessels is scheduled for the second half of Year 2016.

As TCC Group presently already have the Aframax Crude Oil Carrier namely “CSK Valiant” time-chartered to BP till the middle of the 2016, the above time charter contracts for Namura Hull No. 395 and Hull No. 396 represent a closer relationship between the two companies.
